FAQ

  • Where do we ship to?
    We currently ship all over Italy. In the future we might ship to all Europe, at the moment if you live outside Italy, please send us an email so we can organise the spedition for you.
  • What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
    Spedition costs to Italy is 7 euro and it takes max 2/4 days. We offer free delivery in Italy for all orders above 80 euro.
  • Can I return an item?
    We truly hope you love your JMG jewels like we do, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the item, please note that we are only able to accept returns on: - full price items and not sale discounted items : they need to be unworn, unused, with the same conditions that you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer care at jmgjewellery@gmail.com . - earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons - faulty items: if you have experienced any fault with our jewellery, we would be happy to help so please contact our customer care at jmgjewellery@gmail.com so we could advise you of any next steps for a refund or replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will need to cover shipping costs for returning the item. Please included a printed copy of the order confirmation in the package with invoice number and the reason for the return. We do not accept any returns without the proper steps being followed.
  • How can I pay?
    You can pay with your Debit Card, Credit Card and Paypal Account. You can also pay with a bank transfer, just contact us by email at jmgjewellery@gmail.com .
  • How do I place an order?
    After you have added an item to the cart, you will be prompted to review your cart: here you can check all items, update quantities, remove items or return to the product page. Once you made the review, you can either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order. Items are only held for you once you checkout completely. The order will be shipped to the provided address so please make sure it is correct. If your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your parcel, new shipping costs are charged to ship it again. If the order is lost due to incorrect address, there will be no refund.
  • Do I have to pay IVA?
    Prices are already IVA included.
  • What is gold plating?
    Gold plating is the process of layering a thin-plate of gold onto a base metal.
  • What is rhodium plating?
    Rhodium plating is a process that is used for jewelery and uses a particular metal called rhodium. It is a rare, white, very resistant metal.
