SHIPPING

 

We currently ship all over Italy and possibly in the future we will ship everywhere. If you are not based in Italy but you love our collection, please send us an email so we will be happy to find a solution for you to enjoy our jewellery.

 

Spedition costs to Italy is 7 euro and it takes max 2/4 days. We offer free delivery in Italy for all orders above 80 euro.

 

RETURNS

 

We truly hope you love your JMG jewels like we do, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the item, please note that we are only able to accept returns on:

- full price items and not sale discounted items : they need to be unworn, unused, with the same conditions that you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer care at jmgjewellery@gmail.com

- earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons

- faulty items: if you have experienced any fault with our jewellery, we would be happy to help so please contact our customer care at jmgjewellery@gmail.com so we could advise you of any next steps for a refund or replacement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will need to cover shipping costs for returning the item.

Please included a printed copy of the order confirmation in the package with invoice number and the reason for the return. We do not accept any returns without the proper steps being followed. Why?

 

Returning products are a problem for the environment, the climate is impacted in three stages: logistics, intentional returns, and post-production. We do not offer free return, because the price paid by the planet earth is too high.
